These terms & conditions apply to "SoulMissionJewelry" web site located at www.soulmissionjewelry.com and all associated web sites linked to www.soulmissionjewelry.com by its subsidiaries and affiliates. Please read Our Terms & Conditions before placing an order.


In these terms and conditions:

• “Contract” means the contract between us for the sale and purchase of the Goods which incorporates these Terms & Conditions.

• “Goods” means the jewelry, art, and other items purchased by you from us.

• “Terms” means these terms and conditions.

Product Availability

All of our jewelry is custom designed and manufactured in our Arvada, CO office/studio. Because the jewelry is made locally, there may be a one week delay before the piece can be shipped. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us at info@soulmissionjewelry.com

Information on our Site

At SoulMissionJewelry we make every effort to ensure that our online listings are as accurate and complete as possible. In order to give you the opportunity to view our pieces in full detail, some pieces may appear larger or smaller than their actual size in our photographs; and since every computer monitor is set differently, size may vary slightly. On our site, we provide the measurement of each piece.

Our web site changes regularly and access to this site is permitted on a temporary basis. We aim to update our site regularly, and may change the content at any time, including the product details and pricing without notice. If the need arises, we may suspend access to our site, or close it indefinitely. Any of the material on our site may be out of date at any given time, and we are under no obligation to update such material. You are also responsible for ensuring that all persons who access our site through your Internet connection are aware of these terms, and that they comply with them.

Ordering Goods Online

You warrant to us that all information which you are required to provide when ordering Goods online is accurate and complete in all respects at the time of the order and that this information relates to you/the person placing the order and not to any third party.

When an order is made online, the order confirmation issued by the company clearing the credit/debit card payment does not constitute acceptance of your order by us. We reserve the right to check any discrepancies and an order will only be confirmed when it is verified by us.

Any error in any ordering process due to technical or other reasons beyond our control entities us not to treat the order as being binding on us.


All published prices are subject to change at any time without notice.


You must notify us promptly and in any event within 48 hours or receipt of any Goods if they appear to be damaged in transit. In those circumstances, you must also keep all packaging as this may be required when making a claim.


SoulMissionJewelry is committed to great customer service. SoulMissionJewelry takes pride in the quality and workmanship of our merchandise created in our local office/studio, and we are confident that you will be completely satisfied. If you wish to return an item then you should email us at info@soulmissionjewelry.com to notify us of the return within 14 days of receiving the Goods.

In the case of Goods which are one-of-a-kind you will not have the right to cancel the contract.

Any items returned without prior notice in writing will not be accepted.

You must take reasonable care of all Goods in your possession and return them to us, appropriately packaged to avoid damage, within 7 days from the cancellation date. We reserve the right to arrange collection, in which case you will be responsible for collection charges.

We will refund the purchase price to you within 30 days of the cancellation notice but we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee and any other costs we incur in connection with the return of the Goods.

Goods should be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected in transit.

Items should be returned unused. Returned Goods that are damaged or soiled will not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. SoulMissionJewelry is not responsible for any loss or damage that occurs during shipping. All returns must be accompanied by a copy of the original sales receipt. Return instructions will be given per email.

SoulMissionJewelry will process your return upon receipt of the package. SoulMissionJewelry will confirm that the returned jewelry has not been damaged, or suffered excessive wear and tear during the return.

Faulty Goods

Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within one month of purchase. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.

We will exchange or refund a faulty item, unless it was a one-of-a-kind.


All exchanges must be accompanied by the original sales receipt. Any item may be exchanged within 30 days. Shipping costs will be deducted from the amount of the exchange.

Warranties and Liabilities

We warrant to you that the Goods ordered by you will meet the description on our website, or any other description given to you in writing.

We will not have any responsibility for any responsibility for any damage which occurs to the Goods after delivery.

If any defect in any Goods appear within a month of delivery, you must notify us as soon as you become aware of the defect, giving us full details. Any defective Goods to be returned to us must best be returned at your expense.

We do not accept any responsibility for any wear and tear, accidental damage or failure by you or by any third party to adhere to any written recommendation provided in relation to the Goods.

We will not have any liability to you if we are prevented from performing any of our obligations on account of any circumstances beyond our reasonable control which includes, but is not limited to, extreme weather conditions, act of God, terrorism, war, strike or difficulty in obtaining materials and/or labor. In any of these circumstances we reserve the right to terminate the contract.

Promotional Codes

Only one promotional code can be used at any given time unless otherwise stated.

Under no circumstances can the value of a discount code be deducted from an order if the code is defective or out of date. No replacement codes will be issued in this case.

In case of a refund, the discount will not be returned.


If you place an order, you will have to provide personal information to us. We will not disclose that information to any third party without your consent, except for the purpose of processing the order and arranging delivery. We do not store our customer’s financial details.

The entire content of this web site, including all jewelry designs, photographs, log, copyright, trademarks and other intellectual property rights it contains, including the use of the name SoulMissionJewelry is the sole property of SoulMissionJewelry. You may store, print and display the content supplied solely for your own personal use and you may draw the attention of others within your organization to material posted on our site. You are not permitted to publish, manipulate, distribute or otherwise reproduce, in any format, any of the content or copies of the content supplied to you or which appears on this web site nor may you use any such content in connection with any business or commercial enterprise. By using this service, you agree that you will not attempt to undermine the integrity of this web site.
